May 16, 2017 has arrived.  There she is in all her glory and is ours.

1. 15 meters long by 7 wide
2. Light by the use of carbon for the mast and structural partitions and lithium batteries as opposed to regular batteries
3. We did add weight by adding a washing machine but hey, we are not purists

In that week we received 3 days of training on systems and electronics, sail management and maneuvering. Like drinking from a fire hose.  We forgot 90% of it but it should come back when faced with an issue.

We are home

The next step was to practice as we had a race next week with our new baby.  Both of us have raced before on different boats so we new that we required practice on this one.
